EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES

The HAI Team has been a part of numerous Construction and/or Renovation Projects at Educational Institutions. We have experience with new school construction and building upgrades for Elementary and High Schools, as well as Post Secondary Institutions.


Cape St. Francis Elementary School
Pouch Cove, Flat Rock and Bauline
Avalon East School District

Constructed with a $3.6 Million Budget, the school opened for occupancy January 2002 after 14 months of construction.

The 2,400 SM school accommodates 310 students (kindergarten to grade 6) with 33 staff.

The school has 12 classrooms and additional facilities for kindergarten, special education/challenging needs, multi-purpose room, resource center, and a gymnasium with stage.




Small Animal Care
and Bio-Technical Centre
Memorial University of Newfoundland  

This building opened in May 1992, on schedule and within budget.

In 1993 it received the Award of Excellence as the Best Small Animal Care Facility in Canada.
